Hi, Jess!! Isn’t this recipe the one that’s six pages long?! I would love to try it someday! Once I read an amazing paper about authenticity and travels. The author mentioned spices and flavors and its connection to places. I will look if there’s an english version of it, I think you might like it! :) oh, I ordered an english version of a brazilian cookbook that I’m dying to show you and Nick! Hope it will arrive soon!
